Our Story

Gotcha Marketing is a Family-Owned business started in 2009. As a husband-and-wife business operating from our home, built around a simple idea: provide creative promotional products with exceptional service and a personal touch.

One of our biggest steps is when our daughter, Macy, joined Gotcha Marketing in 2020. With her help we were able to expand our footprint and increase our services.

In 2023, we took another big step and opened our retail showroom, giving customers a place to see and touch products, compare options, and sit down with us to brainstorm ideas. Our location is also home to our commercial printing and embroidery equipment, allowing us to proudly decorate apparel in-house and maintain greater control over quality and turnaround times.

Over the years, our capabilities have grown right alongside our customers. We've developed and manage custom online company stores for national organizations—including programs with more than 100 individual locations, making branded merchandise easier to order and manage across large organizations.

While the multifamily apartment industry was our original niche and remains an important part of our business. Today Gotcha serves clients across dozens of industries, including hospitality, restaurants, HVAC, plumbing and other service-based businesses.

It has been one of our biggest caveats, “no order is too small of an order.” With this we can help the small emerging companies, franchises, and small events from charity golf tournaments to local trade shows.

In 2026, we branched our services once again into Direct-to-Film. With DTF Jax Beach, we not only control our production by owning the equipment but offer another outside service to the community and other businesses. Our state of the art 6 color transfer, we get the best color at the fastest speed. This allows us to create, print and press for any event on-time at an affordable price.
